16U Head Coach Arnold Henderson is a talented trial attorney with athletic experience as a championship team player, coach, agent, marketer and basketball operations administrator, Arnold Henderson joined Team Richmond in 2010 as the head coach of a newly formed 4th grade team.  In 2014 and 2015, his 13U and 14U teams were one of three teams to represent the state of Virginia in the 64 team AAU National Championship Tournament. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Henderson’s portfolio includes participation in high school and college athletics including basketball, baseball, tennis and track and field.  He also has spent over 25 years coaching youth sports including basketball, football and baseball.  He currently  owns and operates a private law practice. Henderson and his wife Andrea reside in Richmond.

13U Head Coach Percy Wyatt is a Richmond Native and a 1997 graduate of Huguenot High School.  At Huguenot, Coach Wyatt starred on the baseball diamond.  After high school he served in the United States Marine Corps and during his tour of duty played both football and basketball earning numerous accolades while stationed at Camp Jejune in North Carolina. Since moving to Henrico County in 2006 Coach Wyatt has coached youth basketball, baseball and football while also volunteering as a mentor at Harvie Elementary. Coach Wyatt and his wife Shanna also started a neighborhood basketball team providing  kids mentoring and basketball training. Coach Wyatt and his wife Shanna have two children, son Percy (PJ) and daughter Shayla..

17U Elite Head Coach Del Harris has been involved in the Richmond basketball circuit since he was a AAU -All American at age 12 in 1992. He later on went on to be a All-State and All-Region player at Fork Union Military Academy. He has been the face of Team Richmond AAU for a decade and on the sidelines at a number of prominent colleges and universities such as Assistant at University of Richmond, Virginia Military Institute (VMI), Morgan State University and Head Coach at Vassar College. He has coached and helped to develop dozens of players who played with Team Richmond AAU and went on to successful college careers. Some continue to enjoy professional basketball careers. Last season, Harris' team finished with a 23-10 record and finished in the Top-15 at the 2015 AAU Nationals in Louisville, KY, and in the Top 25 AAU Power Rankings.  At the Nationals, the team went undefeated in pool play and advanced to the medal rounds and Sweet 16. Harris heads the Del Harris Basketball Academy focusing on fundamental skill development and community outreach. He also is the host of the “Del Harris Show” on Fox Sports Radio 1340 AM covering high school basketball in the Greater Richmond area.

15U Head Coach Daryl Robinson is entering his second year with Team Richmond-Garner Road. Daryl is a native of Farmville, VA where he finished his senior season as a First Team All-Conference basketball and football player. Daryl played his college basketball at Hagerstown Community College. After completing his basketball career at Hagerstown, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia State University in Business Management. Daryl’s basketball coaching career includes five years coaching at Stafford and Brooke Point High Schools and seven years coaching AAU basketball. Daryl and his wife Zoneia reside in Fredericksburg with their three children.



12U Head Coach Kerry Williams is a native of New Jersey who moved to Richmond in 1996. He attended Hermitage High school and earned two letters before continuing his playing career at Division III Southern Virginia University.  Williams has more than a decade of coaching experience, starting his career at Hopkins Elementary School in the Chesterfield Recreation League.  In 2009, he became an assistant junior varsity boys basketball coach at Meadowbrook High School, helping lead the team to a perfect 20-0 season. In the 2014-15 season Williams became the head junior varsity boys coach and served as an assistant with the varsity. Williams has four previous seasons coaching AAU basketball, where he has secured several tournament championships as well as two state runner-up trophies ion the 14U and 16U age group. In the 2015-16 season, his 16U team advanced to the AAU Sweet 16 Nationals in Orlando, Fl.

14U Head Coach Gardner L. KeaIon began coaching in 1990 at the Boys and Girls Brigade Club in North Carolina, remaining in that position until relocating to Virginia in 2008. Since moving to Virginia coach Kealon has mentor young men in church and inner City environments, providing mentorship and live skills tutoring. Kealon has previous experience coaching AAU basketball.
