I.         TEAM RICHMOND Overview

a.             Overview of organization

b.             Introduction of Team Richmond board

c.             Philosophy of the organization

d.             Time commitment needed from all involved

e.             Skeletal view of the year

f.              Parent participation/volunteerism

II.          Information Sheets to be Completed by Parents

III.         Skills Assessment/Tryouts

a.       Players are encouraged to attend both tryout dates to ensure that coaches have time to assess their skills

b.       Players are encouraged to work on their skills at least 3-4 weeks in advance (or as much as their schedule permits)  as this will help them get ready to show their skills and ability to the coaches

c.      There will be skills evaluation drills and scrimmages (games)
